Designing the Workplace of the Future

The workplace of the future is either something we can wait for or intentionally design. In this session, leaders from all corners of the country will discover and create best practices regarding workforce development and share their experiences and learning with respect to talent attraction, remote/hybrid working leadership, and engagement. Facilitated by workplace expert Eric Termuende, this session will be full of conversation, debate, and discussion and we understand regional nuances, generational trends, and where our teams get their best work done.
