How do I even begin to develop an Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) Strategy? (Part 1)

We know that diversity, equity, and inclusion is an important and necessary part of an organizations growth strategy, but most destinations do not know where or how to get started. This interactive session will answer the question, “What if my destination is not very diverse?” and will provide participants with strategic ways to begin their EDI roadmap in an authentic manner that aligns with company culture, community values, and the visitor experience. Participants will also learn the critical components of developing a 3-year EDI strategy, how to get started, and critical conversations that need to take place to develop a sustainable EDI strategy.
