Most destination organizations have marketing as their core function, but as they increasingly look to take on more active destination management roles, how can their marketing efforts support the development of resilience in their visitor economy and their community?
In this workshop-style session, participants will do a deep dive into two of the six dimensions of the resilience assessment—marketing and visitors—to learn how smart marketing can support resilience. Through table discussions and full group discussion, we will uncover opportunities to build resilience into your marketing plan.
