Amy Boek serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (AICVB). Charged with overseeing the strategic visioning for a $10 Million+ marketing program, she is responsible for the oversight and execution of strategic media buying, creative campaign development, special event execution and implementation of marketing opportunities that further the destination’s brand positioning. With more than fifteen years of tourism marketing experience, Boek previously served as the AICVB director of marketing and marketing manager for the Omni Amelia Island Resort, where she oversaw the communications for a $100 million re-imagination and managed real estate marketing for the oceanfront community. Boek has served in various leadership positions including the board of directors for Destinations Florida, Northeast Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, and Fernandina Beach Main Street. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing from Murray State University and is the mother of two wonderful children.
