Berkeley's travel industry experience includes management positions at a destination marketing organization, a Chamber of Commerce, a resort and a research firm. In 2004, he formed his Charlotte, NC-based company focusing on research and strategic planning for all aspects of travel destinations. Young Strategies, Inc. is known for its custom-tailored approach in using research to address specific issues for DMOs. In the last twelve years, Berkeley has worked with more than 100 destinations in 26 states.
