Catch Lynn Bruni-Perkins
Lynn leads San Francisco’s Travel’s marketing division, including the global marketing communications, public and media relations, global partnership, and arts marketing departments. She serves as the creative voice and brand steward for the organization and the city, and oversees all efforts related to marketing San Francisco to its core global audiences (visitors, meeting planners, travel trade, airlines, meeting planners and San Francisco Travel members and partners.)
Lynn has more than 25 years of marketing industry experience, with an extensive background in strategic development, branding, market research, advertising, media planning, and creative development. Previously, she worked at Universal McCann and the former Goldberg Moser O’Neill advertising agencies on clients including Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Dell Computers and Dreyers Grand Ice Cream. Additionally, she held senior marketing and membership roles at the Exploratorium museum and Simple Star, a consumer digital product startup acquired by Sonic Solutions.
Lynn currently serves on US Travel’s Destinations Council Board of Advisors and earned her CDME accreditation from Destinations International in 2019. She previously served four years as a strategic advisor for eTourism Summit. Lynn received a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Travel is Lynn’s greatest passion - she’s visited more than 48 countries and has a never-ending list of places she’d still like to go (when she can find a dog-sitter.)
