Napper

Travis Napper is the Director of Tourism within the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism. Napper previously served as President & CEO of the Ruston Lincoln Parish Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Napper serves on the Board of the Southeast Tourism Society (STS) and Travel South USA. He is a member of Destinations International, previously serving on the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He was recognized as a future leader in the industry through DI’s 30 Under 30 program in 2013.

Napper attended Louisiana Tech University, earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2006, and received his CDME (Certified Destination Management Executive) designation in 2016.

Travis is married to his wife Brittany and has 3 children; Emory, Stover, and Millie.
