PR and Marketing: Integrated or Separate?
Do your PR and Marketing teams work together, or do they operate as separate teams? Where does the agency fit in? In this session, we will explore how DMOs and state tourism offices structure their PR/Communications and Marketing departments. We will review PR/Communications as a function of the Marketing team vs. PR/Communications outside of the Marketing team. Based on these structures, we will learn how marketing and PR plans are crafted and executed.
