U.S. Travel’s ESTO 2025 conference and room block will take place at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. Unless otherwise stated, all ESTO sessions will occur at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. The ESTO room block is reserved for only registered attendees. If you are not registered for ESTO, U.S. Travel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation.

Room rates do not include the $20.00 plus taxes per room per night Resort Fee and a 12.57% Hotel room tax (subject to change).

Resort fee currently includes:

•    Wireless internet access in meeting space; bandwidth allows for casual browsing, excluding group business needs/apps
•    Daily Access for (4) Guests to AquaRidge Water Park
•    Daily enhanced High Speed Guestroom Internet and Local Calls
•    Daily Pickleball for up to two people, including paddles/balls and one hour of court time (availability-based, excludes group play)
•    Daily access to Wildfire Golf Driving Range up to two people with unlimited balls and use of clubs, proper golf attire required
•    Daily golf bag storage at Wildfire Golf Club
•    Daily tennis for up to two people, including racquets/balls and one hour of court time (availability-based, excludes group play)

Cancellation Policy

J.W. Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge has a 5-day cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival date or a penalty of 1 night room and tax will be charged.
