Staci Hallmon brings nearly 30 years of expertise in media and entertainment spearheading business development, sales, marketing, production, and operations verticals. Most recently as SVP Arts & Entertainment, IMG and On Location Music,– Hallmon served as the architect of strategy and development for Endeavor-owned events was responsible for building a North America portfolio of experiences that matched the immense roster of experiences IMG and On Location owned globally.
In the first year, Staci led the launch of 4 new owned and operated experiences including World of Barbie, Harry Potter Forbidden Forest, Honeyland and Glide ice-rink a under the Brooklyn Bridge.
Previously, Staci served as the SVP and General Manager at BET Networks, a Paramount subsidiary, followed a distinguished 15-year tenure with TIME INC's ESSENCE brand, where she notably led the acclaimed ESSENCE Festival. Now, Hallmon leads her own firm, SHB Enterprises, where they prioritize business development strategies for brands looking to launch or expand their position in live events and experiential marketing.

With a tight-roster of clients, Staci is proud to sit in board rooms of Fortune 500 companies as well as across the table from leaders in the non-profit sector and deliver result-driven, measurable solutions.
Staci sits on the board of Project Morry and the customer advisory Board for Los Angeles Tourism and Sponsorship.com. She resides in the Northeast and loves being a mom to her 2 sons, becoming a new grandmother this year.
