Formerly California Governor Pete Wilson and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s campaign legal counsel, Terry has been a member of the California and DC State Bar Associations since 1989.

Terry is the past Chairman of the California Forestry, Fire and Natural Resources Board, the only woman to have held that position.

A featured Lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School of Government on the role of environmental regulations and the business community, and UC Berkeley on balancing the equities between private property ownership development and industry rights vs public trust law in Natural Resource Dependent communities.
