Bryan’s career in digital media, marketing and travel publishing spans over 15 years working on some of the world’s most influential travel brands. As the VP, Publisher, Bryan has overseen AFAR’s 15 years of continued revenue growth and the expansion of the brand into a multimedia industry leader. Before being promoted to the Publisher role at AFAR in January 2016, Bryan served as the Associate Publisher where he oversaw the company’s business strategy including global sales, marketing, production, media solutions and content operations. Prior to joining AFAR, Bryan was the Travel Director at National Geographic, senior sales director at the New Yorker, and most recently had served as the Associate Publisher at Outside Magazine.
Bryan is active in many philanthropic initiatives with organizations involved with sustainable travel and water conservation. He serves on the Executive Committee of Tourism Cares, Board of Directors for the Impact Travel Alliance, and is part of the Strategic Board of Advisors for Discover Puerto Rico.
Bryan is a graduate of Union College and resides in Hastings-on-the-Hudson with his wife and 14 year old son.
