Jennifer Walker has been the Chief Marketing Officer for Visit Dallas since November 2021, where she is responsible for directing the planning, development and comprehensive execution of all of Visit Dallas’ marketing, branding and communications strategies.

Walker has almost three decades of experience in the marketing and hospitality industries. Prior to Visit Dallas, she worked for AVB Marketing in Sacramento, California, a full-service digital marketing agency. Before AVB, Walker served as the director of brand advertising at Visit California for two years and vice president of marketing and strategy for Visit Santa Barbara for two years. No stranger to Texas, prior to her tenure in California, Walker served as the director of marketing communications for Visit Austin for nearly eight years and previously worked for multiple advertising agencies.

A six-time Ironman 140.6 finisher including the Ironman World Championships in Kona and an eighteen-time Ironman 70.3 finisher including five Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Walker resides in Dallas with her beloved two 100-lb. Labrador retrievers.
