Shane Brossard is a visionary marketing leader who serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Travel Wisconsin. For over a decade, he has driven tourism growth and economic impact, transforming the state's brand into a nationally recognized travel destination.

Brossard’s data-driven approach and strategic acumen have generated a remarkable $2.7 billion in incremental visitor spending and attracted 18.8 million additional travelers to Wisconsin. His exceptional work was recognized by Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, which named him one of the “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization.”

Over his career, Brossard has spearheaded numerous high-profile, award-winning campaigns that have significantly elevated Wisconsin's profile. His strategic vision drove major initiatives like the integrated campaign for the Wisconsin season of Top Chef and a groundbreaking partnership with ESPN for the 2025 NFL Draft. Brossard's portfolio also highlights successful collaborations with iconic figures, including NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Packers Hall of Famers Jordy Nelson and Donald Driver. These efforts, along with others, have earned him and his team five prestigious ESTO Awards from the U.S. Travel Association.

Brossard has worked under two Governors and three Secretaries of Tourism during his thirteen years at Travel Wisconsin. A Wisconsin native, Brossard studied advertising and marketing at Northern Michigan University and the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
