Dan Flores is Head of Tourism at Satisfi Labs, an agentic AI platform purpose-built for the visitor economy. In his role, Dan leads the company's tourism vertical, working directly with DMOs, attractions, and travel brands to design and deploy AI-powered conversational experiences that drive measurable outcomes across visitor engagement, revenue, and operations.

Dan sits at the intersection of AI and tourism every day. At Satisfi Labs, he has helped hundreds of destinations and attractions navigate the shift from static digital experiences to intelligent, always-on AI agents, translating complex technology into practical strategies that tourism operators can actually use. His work spans the full lifecycle of AI adoption: from initial strategy and integration through to performance analysis and optimization.

With more than 20 years in travel and tourism, Dan brings a rare combination of deep industry knowledge and hands-on AI expertise. He understands both the promise and the reality of AI in tourism, what it can genuinely deliver, where it falls short, and how to cut through the noise to focus on what matters.

Currently serving on the OCTO Advisory Board, Dan has also previously served on the U.S. Travel Association Board, the National Tour Association Board of Directors, and as Committee Chair for Tourism Cares.
