Jen Kavanagh serves as Senior Vice President of Media and Marketing for the Philadelphia Eagles, where she leads the organization's global brand strategy, fan engagement, content, data and insights, community relations, and marketing initiatives. Since joining the club in 2018, she has led the expansion of the Eagles' international presence, driven audience growth across digital and live platforms, and positioned the franchise as one of the NFL's most innovative and culturally relevant brands.
Kavanagh oversees fan-facing platforms and experiences, including social media, digital content, game presentation, live events, community relations, marketing, analytics, and the organization's entertainment teams. Working directly under team president Don Smolenski, she has played a key role in growing the Eagles brand internationally across markets including Australia, Ghana, New Zealand, and Brazil, while strengthening the organization's connection to fans through purpose-driven initiatives and storytelling. She also helped launch Pennsylvania's first girls high school flag football league, which has since expanded to more than 100 schools and contributed to the PIAA officially sanctioning girls flag football as a varsity sport.
Prior to joining the Eagles, Kavanagh founded JK Media, a consulting collective advising media and entertainment companies on digital transformation, audience engagement, and emerging platform strategy. She previously held roles across television, technology, and digital media, including positions with NBCUniversal and BRaVe Ventures. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Pennsylvania.
Kavanagh studied psychology at the University of Central Florida, completed executive management coursework at Harvard Business School, and most recently completed the NFL League of Leaders program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
